DEG Announces Bill Carr of Amazon.com As Retail Keynote At Blu-Con Event November 2
LOS ANGELES (October 20, 2010) â€“ Bill Carr, Vice President, Music and Video, Amazon.com will be the morning retailer keynote at the DEGâ€™s Blu-Con event on Tuesday, November 2 at The Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles. Bill Carr, Vice President, Music and Video will present his unique perspective on the expanding the Blu-ray Disc market segment.
Mr. Carr leads the worldwide digital music and video business for Amazon.com as well as the U.S. DVD/Blu-ray and CD categories. He joined Amazon.com in 1999.Â Prior to joining Amazon.com, Carr worked in sales and marketing for Evare, Procter & Gamble and Pitney Bowes.
